Our bathtub water doesn't drain quickly enough. If water is still in the tub and we flush the toilet, the water backs up in the toilet bowl. The toilet works fine when the tub is empty. We need our drain cleaned today.

We have a storm drain (I assume that's what you call an outside drain that empties at the street) that's long overdue for being cleaned. It has roots growing through it and is almost completely blocked. It's a long drain, running from neat the back of our property to the curb. How much to clean it?

Drain flows from garage into kitchen, under heater closet with overflow pipe, on to bathrooms and out to the street. Clogged drain between heater closet/overflow pipe and first bathroom.
